"So my mother has been dealing with Mrs. Moore for some time. We have been asking for her to have somebody to come inspect the house in order for us to repair our roof. I guess my the question is what is the point of having insurance if you can't use it during times of needs. My mother has been a loyal customer to State Farm and this is how they treat there customers. We will be escalating this situation to the regional department due to lack of customer service."
